The College maintains an outside legal counsel. Individual staff
members are not to contact the Legal Counsel independently. Individual
staff members seeking to utilize the counsel should go through the College's
liaison for legal services to obtain services from the outside counsel.
The President will designate one or more persons who will serve in this liaison
capacity.
Invoices for legal counsel services will be
reviewed and approved by the administrative positions designated as legal
liaisons by the President, prior to payment of the invoice.
