Austin Community College staff is authorized to apply for and receive State and Federal grants, provided that such grants supports, in the President’s judgment, the expressed purpose of the College. All grants shall be submitted to the President for approval prior to submission to the relevant agency. Prior to submitting to the President for signature, all Federal and State grants shall be approved by the Administrator in change of the Grants Office.
